Hello, my name is Francisca Mae Bernales, a 22-year-old graduate of Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. I have experience handling Kindergarten and Elementary learners and completed a 15-day International On-the-Job Training in Hat Yai, Thailand, where I received the International Ambassador Award.
My educational background helped me develop strong communication, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills. I also worked as a Microfinance Officer at ASA Philippines Foundation, where I gained experience in client communication, record management, data handling, and administrative support.
I am now pursuing a career as a Virtual Assistant, offering support in data entry, email and calendar management, online research, and customer communication.
