I have been with the BPO industry for 7 year now and looking for new opportunities, preferably remote jobs. For these 7 years, I've been with 2 companies, Qualfon Manila Inc (2 years 9 months, and TDCX PH (3 years 10 months and ongoing). With the first company, I handled billing and subscriptions for Cybersecurity and Identity Theft Protection. And for the latter and current company, I was with Airbnb for 3 years and half and spent most of my time handling premium tier (Dedicated SuperHost Team) until, the company decided to remove the program in Manila site. We were then move to the newly acquired E-commerce account by company.
