I’ve had many successful and fulfilling years working in the outsourced industry, supporting both B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of sectors. My experience started in BPO industries that spans eCommerce, digital marketing, food industry, technology and telecommunications, travel and hospitality, booking and ticketing, and more.
I bring a strong, hands-on background in client management/ onboarding, customer relations, accounts and billing, technical support, email and chat support, content moderation, sales and marketing communications across multiple support channels.
In addition to frontline support, I’ve been trusted with team leadership, training, and process improvement, consistently helping teams deliver efficient, high-quality customer experiences while meeting business goals.
Lastly, I have also attended the crash course / masterclass with Freight Course 101 - where I am working on mastering more about freight shipping, supply chain, and logistics workflow - that would add to my digital marketing and ecommerce repertoire.
