Hi! I'm currently building my experience in digital marketing, particularly in running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. I’m familiar with setting up and monitoring campaigns for engagement, lead generation, messaging, and website traffic, and I track basic performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and cost per result using simple reports in Google Sheets.

Before moving into digital marketing, I worked in the BPO industry as a Patient Care Advocate for Express Scripts Home Delivery and as a Customer Service Representative for Amazon. I also handled cold calling for a genetics campaign, helping assess family histories and medical records to identify potential genetic risks.
