I’m an operations and systems-focused professional with over five years of experience supporting remote teams, primarily in U.S.-based environments. My background in architecture shaped how I approach work—structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Most recently, I’ve supported operations for a UAE-based multi-branch salon business, working closely with on-ground teams and leadership across different functions. This gave me exposure to international operations, cross-team coordination, and managing workflows aligned with regional business standards.
I’ve handled multi-queue operations in a fleet leasing environment—managing driver support, billing, and maintenance workflows simultaneously. I worked closely with different teams, handled escalations, and ensured operational continuity even during high-volume situations.
What I do best is bring structure to messy operations. I build trackers, dashboards, and workflows that improve visibility, accountability, and performance. I also have experience in QA and performance analysis—developing scorecards, identifying patterns, and fixing inefficiencies before they impact results.
More recently, I’ve expanded into systems and performance management—building internal dashboards, aligning KPIs, and helping transition teams from manual processes into more structured, data-driven workflows.
