For more than a decade, I have built my career in banking, helping customers, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that processes run accurately and efficiently. My experience has taught me the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and building trust through excellent service.
Outside of banking, I have also managed an online clothing business and worked on freelance design projects, giving me hands-on experience in customer support, inventory management, order processing, and digital tools.
