If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I enjoy turning messy processes into organized, reliable systems.
For the past five years, I’ve been working behind the scenes helping businesses keep their numbers accurate, their processes efficient, and their operations running smoothly.
I didn’t just focus on one area—I’ve worked across accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory tracking, and VAT-related expense recording. I’ve handled petty cash, processed and reviewed bank payments, and helped design internal controls to minimize errors and improve workflow.
One thing I take pride in is being someone who can step in and fix or improve systems. I’ve helped migrate financial data from old accounting systems to new ones, trained tea-----------mbers in both operations and accounting, and managed tools like Google Sheets and Drive to keep everything structured and accessible.
I’m also comfortable using tools like Hubdoc, Receipt Bank, ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Teams, so collaborating remotely is something I’m very used to.
If I were to describe how I work, I’d say I’m detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive—I don’t just do tasks, I look for ways to make things better.
