I spent the first several years of my career building a solid technical foundation. As an IT Assistant, RMA Coordinator, and Technical Support specialist, I became an expert at diagnosing issues, managing hardware returns (RMA), and providing real-time solutions in high-pressure service desk environments.
Most recently, I've applied that technical knowledge to Inside Sales. This allows me to speak confidently about products and requirements while handling outbound calls, lead qualification, and relationship management.
