I have nearly three years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in healthcare accounts. I initially handled inbound calls for approximately one year, focusing on benefits verification, billing, pharmacy, and claims. Due to my performance, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), where I provided operational support and guidance to agents.
As part of my role, I was given the opportunity to travel to India to support the launch of a new BPO partner, where I assisted in training and onboarding new tea-----------mbers. Upon returning to the Philippines, I was promoted to Team Leader. In my current role, I oversee team performance, provide coaching, and ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
I am currently looking for a part-time, non-voice opportunity where I can begin my journey in the Virtual Assistant (VA) industry. I aim to use this as a stepping stone toward becoming a full-time VA in the future.I am particularly interested in roles such as email management, appointment setting, or other beginner-friendly non-voice tasks. If I find the role to be a good fit, I am fully prepared to transition from the BPO industry into the VA field.I am eager to learn, grow, and build my skills as I start this new career path.
