customer service, property management, and sales. I excel in various roles,

Since 2017, I have
been with Spark Zealand, where I assist customers with their postpaid accounts,
handling everything from plan upgrades to phone sales. This role has sharpened
my sales skills and taught me how to effectively drive sales and meet targets
while delivering top-notch customer service.
In addition to my
role at Spark Zealand, I serve as a Property Manager for a real estate company
in New York. I oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the
buildings we manage, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
I also make sure all inspection are done before their due date as this affects
their insu----------- coverage and safety of the building. I also answer
questionnaire from potential buyers. Providing details information of the
property they wish to buy. i also read and understand their house rules and by
laws to effectively provide resolution to their concerns. I am well trained
with appfolio and buildium as this helps me with work orders and tracking
maintenance issues. This position demands strong organizational skills and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
I also work with
Tenant Turner as a cold caller, where I engage property management companies to
offer demonstrations of our leasing platform. This role leverages my expertise
in cold calling and sales, as I effectively pitch the platform’s benefits, handle
objections, and schedule demos to showcase how our solution can streamline
their leasing process from prequalifying tenant leads to scheduling showings.
Throughout my
career, I’ve developed strong CRM proficiency, excellent communication skills,
and a knack for closing sales. My ability to connect with clients, understand
their needs, and provide tailored solutions has been key to my success in each
role.
Outside of work, I
enjoy traveling and watching movies, which keeps me refreshed and inspired. I’m
