Hi, I’m Flora May, a sales and customer relations professional with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in lead management, client relationship building, sales coordination, and customer lifecycle support.
I previously worked as a Group Retail Manager in a Toyota Motor Corporation dealership group, where I handled inbound and outbound customer calls, appointment setting, financing coordination, trade-in processing, aftersales follow-ups, team supervision, reporting, and scheduling. I also managed sales funnels and customer pipelines using internal dealership systems.
