Ticketing & Queue Management: Expert in Remedyforce (Salesforce-based) and BMC Helix. I ensure no request is ever lost or untracked.
Asset & Inventory Coordination: Remote management of your hardware fleet—tracking laptop assignments, refresh cycles, and vendor logistics.
Workflow Optimization: Using ITIL v4 and Lean Six Sigma to create clear SOPs and automate repetitive manual tasks.
Database Integrity: Maintaining 100% accuracy in your Asset Databases (CMDB) and inventory records.
