Are your books piling up? Transactions uncategorized, reconciliations overdue, and reports not making sense? That is exactly what I help small business owners fix.
I am Patrick, a TESDA-accredited virtual bookkeeper based in the Philippines certified in both QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor Level 1) and Xero (Associate Level 1 and Professional Level 2), all earned in June 2026. TESDA is the Philippine government agency that sets the national standard for technical and vocational training.
Here is what I can do for you:
Monthly bookkeeping and transaction categorization
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Accounts Payable and Receivable management
Chart of Accounts setup and maintenance
Bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up work
Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
AI-assisted workflows using Claude AI, ChatGPT, and Gemini
I recently completed a documented QBO bookkeeping cleanup covering five real-world issues including miscategorized transactions, duplicate payments, unpaid vendor bills, and an unreconciled month, delivering clean verified financial reports with a zero difference bank reconciliation. I have also completed full cycle bookkeeping in Excel and a Xero cleanup for an Australian client covering GST and BAS workflows.
I am honest about where I am in my journey. I started in June 2026 and I am building real experience every day. What I bring right now is sharp attention to detail, a zero-guessing policy, and the discipline to follow your systems exactly without needing constant supervision.
Available full-time for US, AU, UK, and CA clients. Open to all time zones including graveyard shift.
