I am a construction professional with over seven years of hands-on experience in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project coordination for public and private construction projects. My background includes managing multiple projects from planning through execution, with direct involvement in site supervision, manpower costing, and billing follow-ups with government offices.
I take pride in delivering accurate, detail-oriented work grounded in real construction experience, ensuring that estimates and documentation reflect actual site conditions. I am organized, responsive, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams.
As a worker, I aim to be known for reliability, consistency, and accountability—someone who can be trusted to deliver quality output on time with minimal supervision.
