I'm an administrative and operations professional based in the Philippines, and I've spent the last two years learning how to keep things organized, moving, and accurate — even when things get busy.
I started out supporting a government adjudicator, managing calendars, correspondence, legal documentation, and walk-in clients daily. That's where I learned what it actually means to support someone at an executive level — you have to be two steps ahead, detail-obsessed, and calm when things pile up. I finished that role with a 0% data discrepancy rate across all records.
From there I moved into customer operations for a PayPal account, handling 60–70 client interactions a day via chat and email. It taught me how to manage volume without dropping the ball, communicate clearly under pressure, and keep records clean no matter how busy things get.
What I'm looking for now is a remote role where I can focus on what I'm actually good at — keeping things organized, supporting a team or executive, managing inboxes and schedules, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I work well independently, I'm comfortable across US, UK, and AU time zones, and I take deadlines seriously.
