I am John Kenneth R. Macasaet, a graduate of Information Technology with a specialization in Network Administration. I am currently working at Markspain Real Estate, where I have been employed for four years. I started working here while I was still a student.
In my role as a Virtual Assistant, I gather information using Google and the company’s official website. I mainly use tools such as Excel and the company’s system (Salesforce). My tasks primarily involve data entry (copy and paste), saving property images, and sending appointment emails to clients using Gmail, following a provided template.
I also have experience in IT troubleshooting, both physical and virtual. I gained this experience during my 6-month on-the-job training at Clark Outsourcing, where I worked as a technical support staff.
