Full-Stack Developer | React, Node.js, PHP, C# | 4 Years Production Experience

Hi, I'm Kerneil, you can call me as "Skie", I'm a full-stack developer from Cebu, Philippines with four years of production experience.

Since 2022 I have designed, deployed, and independently operated PandaAuth, an authentication and licensing platform now serving 4,000+ registered accounts across roughly 2,900 hosted services, with 12M+ visitors from 190+ countries. I built the original PHP and MariaDB system, then re-architected it onto Node.js, handling the database migration and security model across both generations. I run everything myself: deployment, monitoring, incident response, and testing against live endpoints before release.

My stack covers React and JavaScript on the front end; Node.js, Django, PHP/Laravel, and C#/.NET on the back end; and PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB for data. I work comfortably with REST API design, authentication and role-based access control, and self-managed Linux and Nginx infrastructure including DNS, SSL, and domain configuration.

I also build with AI tooling daily, Claude Code in VS Code for development and refactoring, Gemini Pro for research, and n8n for LLM-powered automation workflows. I learned to code the traditional way first, so I use these tools to move faster on routine work while still reviewing and testing everything that ships.

I hold a BS in Information Technology and a TESDA National Certificate II in Computer Systems Servicing.
