Key Responsibilities
• Support the daily management of the e-commerce business across multiple omni-channel platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Newegg, and DTC.
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and inventory coordination to maintain strong in-stock rates and minimize out-of-stocks across retail partners.
• Execute promotional setup and support key e-commerce -----------nts such as Prime Day, BFCM, Holiday, and retailer-specific deal events.
• Manage product launches and item maintenance, including new item setup, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee content updates, product listings, and catalog health to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong digital shelf performance.
• Support the execution and optimization of ecommerce advertising and marketing campaigns in partnership with internal marketing teams and agency partners.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as sell-through, ROAS, ACoS, inventory health, and operational deductions; flag risks and support resolution.
• Provide regular reporting and business updates to internal stakeholders, including weekly performance recaps, retailer scorecards, and action plans.
• Maintain strong working relationships with retailer contacts, third-party partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution across channels.
Work Experience
• 6 years of supporting e-commerce accounts across marketplaces and omni-channel retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Newegg, Bed Bath & Beyond, -----------, Wish, MercadoLibre, and DTC).
• Working knowledge of ecommerce performance reporting tools, retail analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Helium10, and ManageMyStats).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
