Reliable Operations & Customer Support Specialist | E-commerce, Meta Business Management, Logistics & Vendor Coordination

I am an operations and technical support professional with over 12 years of experience supporting international clients, managing vendor coordination, and handling business operations across technical and customer-facing environments.

My background spans both corporate and hands-on business operations. I started in BPO technical support roles for US-based clients, later moving into vendor management and procurement, where I handled RFQs, supplier coordination, and operational workflows in structured enterprise environments.

Since 2017, I have been actively managing and supporting a family-run e-commerce business. This includes running Facebook/Meta Business Pages, handling customer messaging, monitoring inquiries, supporting order-related concerns, and maintaining day-to-day online operations. I also manage content scheduling, basic ad monitoring, and light creative work using tools like Canva and Filmora.

In addition, I have hands-on experience supporting Amazon-based e-commerce operations, including inventory tracking, order coordination, supplier communication, and backend operational support.

My strength is bridging customer-facing support and backend operations — ensuring both sides run smoothly, from inquiries and communication to inventory and fulfillment.

What I can help your business with:

• E-commerce operations support (Amazon Seller Central and similar backend systems)
• Order processing, tracking, and fulfillment coordination
• Inventory monitoring and restocking support
• Supplier and vendor coordination (RFQs, follow-ups, sourcing support)
• Facebook/Meta Business Page management (customer messaging, post scheduling, basic ad monitoring)
• Customer support via email and social media inbox (inquiries, concerns, issue resolution)
• Data entry, reporting, and administrative support

I am highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. I focus on keeping operations organized, customers supported, and tasks moving efficiently so business owners can focus on growth.

Let’s work together if you need someone dependable to manage your operations, customer communication, and backend systems.
