My current role is a Research Metallurgist and Shift in-charge in a Metallurgical Research Laboratory. In my role, I handle at least ten (10) personnel in my shift. I am responsible for the assignment and distribution of daily tasks that supports plant production. This includes supervising in the completion of plant monitoring tasks that has hourly deliverables. Additionally, for the research and development side, I am responsible in ensuring that our monthly deliverables such as technical reports are on schedule for monthly reporting of at least three technical reports for plant process development and laboratory procedures improvement. This has enable me to practice and hone my skills on organizational leadership, technical report writing, data management and data anlaysis.
