Hi, I’m Cherry-Ann! I’m a Customer Support and Administrative Assistant with two years of BPO experience, helping businesses support their customers, maintain accurate records, and keep daily operations organized. I’m comfortable balancing customer-facing communication with behind-the-scenes administrative work even in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Most recently, I worked as a Dental Back Office Admin Assistant, where I managed and updated 100+ digital records daily using Google Sheets, verified patient information, and organized incoming emails to ensure each request reached the right department. Before that, I provided email and chat support, resolving 50+ tickets per shift from a shared inbox receiving 300–450 emails daily while maintaining an average response time of around five minutes. I earned an 80.31 QA score above the company target of 75% and ranked #3 among the support team.
I’m also expanding my skills in Shopify and e-commerce through hands-on work on my practice store, Loom & Label. I’ve gained experience with:
Product listing and data entry
Product descriptions, tags, pricing, and variants
Product image uploading and organization
Collection creation and store navigation
Basic theme and homepage customization
Test orders and basic order processing
I work best with businesses that need someone dependable behind the scenes, someone who can organize a busy inbox, keep information accurate, prioritize tasks, and assist customers with patience and care. I’m detail-oriented, easy to work with, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
If you’re looking for reliable support across customer service, administration, data entry, and Shopify e-commerce tasks, I’d love to learn more about your business and how I can support your team.
