As a Digital Payroll Specialist, I manage the registration and digital onboarding of
ShipMoney accounts for seafarers, ensuring that payroll information and crew details are
accurately collected and verified for seamless payroll integration. I also ensure that stocks
of cards onboard are always available by directly coordinating with vessel masters and
agents for card delivery. I handle all crew concerns regarding their ShipMoney accounts,
including login credentials and transfer issues, while ensuring compliance with payroll
regulations. I provide clear and timely communication with crew members, vessel masters,
and internal teams to guarantee efficient and accurate services for seafarers’ ShipMoney
accounts.
In addition, I oversee the Payroll Crew Support team’s ticketing system, managing and
prioritizing all incoming tickets and queries from crew members regarding their
allotments, payslips, and remittances. I ensure that each concern is addressed promptly
and accurately, provide guidance and clarification on payroll-related matters, and
coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complex issues. This ensures that crew
members receive timely support, their payroll and financial concerns are resolved
efficiently, and overall service quality and satisfaction are maintained.
