General VA/Admin VA/ Graphic Designer/ Video Editor
I do have 7 years of Customer Service work experience and with that I am knowledgeable on reservations, email management, different PMS and POS, calendar management, data entry and my customer service is excellent. My past employers tend to call me "fast learner" which I could not agree more.
You noticed I put Graphic Designer and Video Editor as well. I am very flexible person, and some of my previous work, I took the action to create posters and videos for them, I also used to upload on YouTube all the time and I edited it myself.
