Most OBMs manage tasks. I build the infrastructure that makes tasks unnecessary. In the last 2 years I've run operations for two digital agencies at the same time. 30+ clients, 50+ contractors, two founders who no longer have to think about whether things are handled. Revenue at one agency grew nearly 3x. The other scaled 2.3x in weekly revenue without adding headcount.
