Most brands do this: creative teams optimize for engagement, media buyers optimize for acquisition, and CRO teams optimize after the click. But customers experience it all as one journey. That’s the gap I specialize in closing.
I started in ecommerce in 2018 building and marketing my own brand from the ground up which gave me a hands-on understanding of offers, customer psychology, traffic, landing pages, and conversion.
By 2020, I specialized in CRO focusing on funnel optimization, PDPs, landing page strategy, and conversion psychology. The deeper I got into CRO, the more obvious it became that many conversion issues started before the click.
In 2022, while leading performance marketing across media buyers, copywriters, designers, developers, email marketing, and influencer campaigns, I became heavily involved in creative strategy and full-funnel alignment; shaping hooks, angles, messaging, and creative direction alongside conversion strategy.
That overlap between creative strategy and CRO is where I operate today. I help scaling DTC brands align creative, acquisition, and conversion into one cohesive growth system.
