I got into customer service because I love working with customers and solving their problems. Having started out as a customer service representative, I have since progressed to the role of customer service mentor.
I am currently employed at PayPal Philippines In this role, I oversee the delivery of customer service excellence while managing a team of eight.
My successes during my time in this role include:
- Generated a positive reviews for the company by providing excellent customer service
- Contributed to a 43% reduction in customer complaints by providing excellent customer service
- Reduced customer waiting times by 26% by implementing new customer service software
When I’m not working in customer service, I enjoy cooking and being a fur parent to my cats and dog
