Currently working as the sole Human Resources Associate at Flinders Lane Café Inc., directly reporting to the company’s owners. I oversee end-to-end HR operations, facilitate effective internal communication, and provide operational support as the key liaison between the workforce and leadership.
A Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate with professional experience as a Program Assistant for the Zoological Society of London’s Philippines Seahorse Program – Cebu, and internships spanning Human Resources, clinical psychology, and academia. I also began my professional journey as a working scholar, where I developed the majority of my foundational skills in operations and administrative support.
