I am a hospitality graduate. I have experienced with customer and sales support, gained from working at Starbucks and completing my internship in the Sales and Marketing Department of Shangri-la Hotel. At Starbucks I got really good at talking to people when they had concern or problem. Maintaining a high standard fast paced environment. During my internship at Shangri-la, I assisted in client coordination, handled inquiries and supported marketing activities.
