I am an entry-level Freight Virtual Assistant with a background in Production Operator and recently completed a 3-day Freight Brokerage course. My experience as a Production Operator helped me develop strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, discipline, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Through my Freight Brokerage training, I gained an introduction to the freight and logistics industry, including the basic processes involved in freight brokerage, communication, shipment coordination, and working with important load-related information. I also learn the shipment lifecycle. How to understand, determine and calculate Freight class, LTL Accessorial.
Although I am new to the Freight VA industry, I am eager to apply what I have learned and continue developing my skills. I am willing to undergo training and learn new systems, tools, and processes.
