I worked with U.S. healthcare insurance members under Healthfirst and supported AT&T retention teams, handling complex concerns, billing issues, and client communication while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
That experience taught me how to handle pressure, communicate clearly, and solve problems fast. Skills I still use every day in operations.
