I am an experienced customer service and sales professional with over 6 years of onsite work in retail, hospitality, and service industries. My background includes roles as a promodizer, receptionist/therapist, and housekeeping staff, where I developed strong communication, customer handling, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
I also have hands-on experience in online selling and Shopee affiliate marketing, where I learned product research, basic SEO, product listing, and social media promotion to increase engagement and visibility of products.
I am familiar with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva. While I am still new to formal remote work, I am highly motivated, trainable, and eager to grow in the e-commerce and virtual assistant industry.
