For nearly 2 years of BPO experience at Sutherland in Legazpi, Albay. I spent 10 months supporting Petco customers with orders, modifications, and cancellations, and about a year assisting Hilton guests with booking, rebooking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
Through these roles, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
