Hi, I’m Josiah, a Virtual Assistant focused on administrative support, organization, communication, Social Media support, and workflow-related tasks.
My experience includes assisting in a land tax office environment, where I helped organize 100+ records, support paperwork-related tasks, and communicate with 20-30+ citizens regarding processes. I also have experience supporting spreadsheet tracking and maintaining organized information, which strengthened my attention to detail and organization.
I also managed a waffle store, where I served 30+ waffles everyday, with a work-flow system in order to assure smooth transaction, and organization in the operations. I've also managed handling cash, and maintained team communication to assist one another, and to prevent delay within the store.
Outside of this, I manage a personal TikTok affiliate account where I create short-form content, monitor analytics, maintain posting consistency, and have generated over 235,000 views. This experience helped me become more comfortable with digital tools, organization, and managing ongoing responsibilities.
I’m comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Canva, CapCut, using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and have familiarity with Trello, Asana, and HubSpot.
