Hi! I’m a Customer Service Representative with over 2 years of experience handling voice support in fast-paced environments.
I worked with GigCX Marketplace for 2 years (2023–2025) on an order entry account, assisting customers with orders, payments, and general inquiries. This role strengthened my attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
I also worked at Teleperformance for 10 months under a travel account supporting Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, assisting customers with bookings, flight changes, and travel-related concerns. This experience developed my ability to communicate clearly, handle pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.
Although my background is focused on voice support, I am confident in transitioning to chat or email support due to my strong written English skills, fast typing, and ability to follow processes.
