Hi, I'm Jay, and I have experience in customer support, having handled customer concerns for Paramount+, T-Mobile, and AT&T DirecTV. My role involved assisting customers through phone, chat, and email, resolving account-related issues, troubleshooting technical concerns, and ensuring that each customer had a positive experience.
