Hi, I’m a Payroll Analyst handling US payroll. My main job is to make sure employees are paid accurately and on time. I work on processing payroll, checking time and attendance data, and making sure everything is aligned with company policies and US compliance rules. I also handle payroll adjustments, fix discrepancies when issues come up, and coordinate with HR and other teams when needed. On top of that, I help respond to employee payroll concerns and support reporting to ensure everything is accurate and well-documented
