I gained this experience at Accenture Inc., where I held two roles: Record-to-Report Ops Associate (OPEX Accounting), handling reconciliations, journal and adjusting entries, financial reporting, and audit support; and Collections Support Associate, managing customer receivables, resolving payment disputes, and improving cash collection performance. I also handled collections and account monitoring at Festival Supermall, Inc., maintaining accurate records and resolving payment discrepancies with tenants.
