I work in infrastructure and systems support, with hands-on experience across Windows and Linux environments, network systems, and cloud-based platforms.
Right now, I’m part of a team supporting media workflows, storage, and automation platforms in a hybrid environment. Most of my work involves troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, handling incidents, and making sure things stay up and running. I also get involved in patching, user access management, and supporting deployments and migrations when needed.
Before this, I worked in network operations in an ISP environment, where I handled MPLS backbone and access network issues. That role really helped me build a strong foundation in troubleshooting, working under pressure, and coordinating with different teams to resolve outages quickly.
Over time, I’ve worked across different areas—systems, networking, and cloud—which has given me a well-rounded view of infrastructure.
I’m interested in opportunities in system administration, infrastructure, and technical support, or cloud-related roles where I can continue growing and working on real-world systems.
