I use Python and SQL to automate workflows and analyze data, and I specialize in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Pipedrive CRM to provide actionable insights. I also work with Agentic AI Framework, energy market analytics, and wholesale electricity market data analysis, helping clients make smart, data-driven decisions.
Website, Cloud & Technical Support
I manage websites and cloud systems with WordPress, GoDaddy, cPanel, Cloud Servers, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP, while ensuring security and reliability with SSL/HTTPS, DNS troubleshooting, server access control, and website security monitoring.

I create intuitive experiences using Figma, FigJam, UX research, user journey mapping, usability testing, and human factors design. I bring hands-on on-site construction and management experience, including buildings, piers, and fiber optic cable deployments. I also work with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, GIS mapping, renewable energy site assessment, and spatial data analysis, bridging engineering and digital workflows.

Outside of work, I’m naturally curious and love figuring out how things work, whether it’s a tricky problem at work or just learning something new for fun. I enjoy playing badminton on weekends and spending time with my three cats, who always manage to distract me during deep focus sessions. A personal milestone I’m proud of is that I learned how to swim at 30 years old, overcoming a long-standing fear of water—a small challenge that reminded me how rewarding it is to face fears and keep learning. On a perfect day, you’ll find me reading a thriller novel while sipping coffee by the swimming pool surrounded by trees, enjoying the gentle breeze, filtered sunlight, and calm of the water. I’m friendly, approachable, and always enjoy connecting with people who share a passion for curiosity, problem-solving, and growth.
