I have been to different jobs since I graduated from college. My exposure to different areas molded me into who and how I am today. Bein a team player and having the ability to work with less supervision are just a few of the many things I learned.
In my most recent job, I worked as an Operations Support Supervisor for three years. My department is tasked to ensure a seamless operation flow. Also, I was in charge of production. This is to guarantee that the company is able to provide or meet the client's demands based on the forecast that is sent on a monthly basis and an overview by the end of the ----------- my tenure, I have managed over 200+ people from their schedules to their workloads or projects on which they will be working.
Moreover, my experience with Customer Service and Sales has also contributed to my growth as a professional. I could say that I was able to hone my communication and people skills as I am tasked to be with people with different personalities which, I have to deal with in order to deliver.
