Daily Oversight: Supervise front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations to ensure seamless daily workflows.
Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests, handle escalations, and maintain high satisfaction scores (Guest Rating Index/TripAdvisor/OTA reviews).
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Implement and enforce strict service and cleanliness standards across all operational departments.
Inventory Control: Oversee vendor relations, procurement, and asset management to minimize waste and control operational costs.
Yield Management: Monitor dynamic pricing and inventory distribution across OTAs and direct channels to optimize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
P&L Management: Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to identify cost-saving opportunities and protect GOP (Gross Operating Profit) margins.
Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly sales forecasts, and operational expense reports for senior leadership.
