CONSTRUCTION VIRTUAL ASSISTANT | ARCHITECTURE STUDENT | CONSTRUCTION & HARDWARE EXPERIENCE
Hello! I’m a 4th-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture student from the Philippines, currently looking to build my career as a Construction Virtual Assistant.
My background is strongly connected to the construction industry. I started working as a construction helper, which gave me firsthand experience with construction work, materials, tools, and actual job-site conditions.
I also spent approximately 7 years working in a hardware business. I started as a helper and driver and eventually became one of the Assistant managers of the business. Through this experience, I gained practical knowledge of construction materials, tools, pricing, inventory, purchasing, deliveries, suppliers, customer service, and daily business operations.
My experience in the hardware industry also taught me the importance of being organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
Because of my interest and experience in construction, I decided to pursue Architecture, and I am currently in my 4th year. My studies have further developed my knowledge of architectural drawings, building materials, construction methods, design, and documentation.
I am now transitioning my practical construction experience and Architecture knowledge into remote Construction VA work.

Although I am new to the Virtual Assistant industry, I bring real-world experience from the construction and hardware industry. I understand that construction involves much more than drawings—it involves materials, costs, suppliers, customers, deliveries, schedules, and proper coordination.
I am a hardworking and motivated person who is willing to learn, improve, and grow with the right client or company. My goal is to become a reliable long-term Construction Virtual Assistant who can help contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies save time and stay organized.
I may be new to remote VA work, but I am not new to construction.
I am ready to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in Construction VA support.
