I am registered Filipino Architect. Currently having a job in the Dept. of Public Works and Highways- plotting architectural plans in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop for government buildings. In my spare time, I practice my profession in a private capacity, designing and rendering residential and commercial buildings, as well as preparing as-built plans and schematic design proposals for my clients.
As for my VA background, I have also attended seminars headed by DTI in partnership with Rural Impact Sourcing Philippines on topics related to being a General Virtual Assistant. We were trained to use software and websites that are instrumental to being a proficient general virtual assistant, as well as being trained to be Data Encoders, as well as Lead Generators and Social Media Marketers on social media sites. A short while later, I was hired at O'hagan Virtual Solutions to further develop these skills.
I have also done quite a considerable amount of Article Spinning and Article Writing work for a Filipina Employer who outsources for various sites, one of which is The HOTH Inc. Writing is certainly one of my strongest suites, being a news writer, feature and editorial writer in the resident school and college papers since I was in primary school.
One of my best qualities as a freelancer is being a fast learner. So aside from the aforementioned skills, if you want me to learn a trade in league with those above, I am open and willing to be trained. I am also a passionate and determined worker, as well as being cooperative and patient with the people I deal with.
I am looking for both short and long term jobs, basically any job where I am able to utilize and further develop my skills as an Architectural Designer, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Marketer, and Article Writer.
