With 14 years of international experience across the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Cambodia, I have led initiatives in process improvement, business analysis, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration. My experience spans both manufacturing and corporate environments, where I have partnered with engineering, operations, sourcing, merchandising, and leadership teams to solve business challenges and improve organizational performance.
My expertise is rooted in process engineering. I analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and design practical solutions that improve productivity while optimizing cost, quality, and operational performance. I enjoy building structured processes where none previously existed, developing standardized workflows, creating reports and dashboards, training teams, and helping organizations make informed decisions based on reliable data rather than assumptions.
I recently completed my Master's degree in Global Production Engineering and Management, further strengthening my knowledge of operations management, engineering systems, business process optimization, and global supply chains.
I am currently seeking a part-time remote opportunity (4–5 hours per day). Although I am temporarily staying in the Philippines, I am based in Tokyo, Japan, and have a reliable high-speed internet connection, professional home workspace, and the flexibility to work remotely from either location. My international location does not affect my ability to deliver reliable, high-quality work.
