I worked for 5 years in my previous company (financing company) I started as a Collection and Marketing Assistant for 1 year. I do assist customers applying for a unit (motorcycle), handled some complaints from the customers, primarily responsible and ensure collections from the active and delinquent accounts and also responsible for the company promos and company profile like fb page. After that I was promoted to become a Credit Investigator for 2 years my responsibility in that position was to managed the credit portfolio of the branch, verify the information given by the applicants and managed each active account with the collectors. Suddenly my career goes well in that company I promoted to become a Credit Decisioner whose responsible handling Credit Reviewers and analyzed the capacity and character of the approved applicants reported by the Credit Investigator sadly I resigned last January 22, 2026 due to I started my business (mini grocery) until now my business is active and growing. I am confident and ready to engaged in another path as a Virtual Assistant. I’ll be able use my knowledge and skills from my previous work and company I am willing to learn and enhance more to contribute in your company.
