Hi! I’m Rozelle, an experienced Accounting and Payroll professional with over 4 years of payroll experience and currently working as an RTR Senior Accounting Analyst at IBM.

I specialize in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll processing, and administrative support. I also have experience in customer service (email, chat, and voice), allowing me to effectively communicate with clients and customers.

In my current role, I handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and support process transitions while training junior tea-----------mbers. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling high-volume work with accuracy.
