I'm a PRC-licensed Registered Electrical Engineer with a background in construction takeoffs and cost estimating. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an Electrical Engineering Technology qualification, and I use that foundation to read technical drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates.
