I most recently worked at 25th Lane Café (2024–2026) as an operations manager, where my duties included managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, and motivating tea-----------mbers. Prior to that, I was a Senior Barista at the same café from 2022 to 2024, where I received awards for Top Performing Employee (2023) and Employee of the Year (2024). I previously worked as a supervisor and assistant manager at Juan's Seafood House, Ormoc Branch, where I received three "Employee of the Month" awards and a Customer Service Award for my leadership and commitment.
In addition, I hold a Cookery NC II and have completed TESDA training in Housekeeping and Food & Beverages, which has improved my technical and customer-focused abilities. My success as the PIT-COTE Department's First Place winner in the Food & Beverages Contest is a testament to my passion for quality work and constructive competition.
