I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management degree. I worked several years as Assistant Branch Manager in retail. My daily work included: office administration, keeping records accurate, full inventory control, customer assistance, reports preparation, and organizing daily operations.
I am now transitioning to work as Virtual Assistant / Admin Support. I am new to formal VA work BUT I already have strong work habits: reliable, organized, follow instructions exactly, prioritize urgent tasks, and finish work on time.
I am comfortable using: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive; Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I search information easily and organize files clearly.
