DAILY & ONGOING
• Recording income and expenses straight from the bank feed — deposits, disbursements, interbank transfers, adjusting entries
• Reconciling bank, credit card, and merchant accounts (Stripe, PayPal, Wise) down to the transaction
• Creating and managing bills, sales invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
• AR/AP follow-through: on-time invoicing, bill pay, and the polite-but-persistent follow-ups that actually get things paid
MONTH-END & BEYOND
• Full month-end close — P&L, Balance Sheet, plus a 1-page summary that doesn't need an accounting background to read
• Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping when the books have fallen behind
• Bank rules and automation via Hubdoc/Dext, so less is manual next month
• AU payroll processing (STP, superannuation, leave entitlements)
• Tax support across regions — BAS/GST record-keeping and reconciliation for AU clients, VAT return prep and record-keeping for UK clients
